Finding Your Way Forward

Anxiety

Anxiety can be difficult to explain, especially when everything looks fine from the outside. Your mind may constantly anticipate what could go wrong, replay conversations, or run through every possible outcome. You may overthink, struggle to relax or sleep, or feel like you're always waiting for the next thing to happen.

Anxiety doesn't always live in your thoughts. Sometimes your body knows first—a racing heart, tight chest, restless energy, difficulty breathing, or an inability to settle down. It can also show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, or constantly trying to stay one step ahead.

In therapy, we'll explore the patterns beneath your anxiety and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and respond to life's uncertainty with greater flexibility. My approach is tailored to you rather than one-size-fits-all.

The goal isn't to eliminate every worry. It's to help anxiety take up less space so you have more room to actually live your life.
