Creating a Life That Feels Like Yours

Women's Issues

Women often spend years balancing the needs of everyone around them while their own needs move further down the list. Career changes, relationships, parenting, caregiving, shifting identities, and changing expectations can all create seasons when you may wonder, “Where do I fit in all of this?”

Hormonal changes can add another layer. Perimenopause and menopause can bring shifts in mood, sleep, energy, confidence, body image, intimacy, and relationships that may feel unfamiliar or difficult to navigate. These changes are real, and you don't have to simply “push through” them or dismiss how they're affecting you.

Women's therapy provides a space to step back from the roles and expectations you carry and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, strengthen self-trust, work through relationship and life changes, and develop ways to care for yourself without feeling guilty for doing so.

Whether you're navigating a new chapter, redefining who you are, or simply realizing that the way you've been doing things no longer works, therapy can offer a place to pause, reflect, and find your footing.

You spend a lot of time taking care of everyone else. Therapy can be a place where you get to be on your own list, too.
