Supporting You Through Life's Transitions

Grief and Loss

Grief is deeply personal, and it doesn't follow a predictable timeline. The loss of someone you love can change the way you experience your days, relationships, and even your sense of who you are. Grief can also come from other kinds of loss—a relationship, a role, a dream, a life you expected to have, or a significant change you didn't choose.

You may feel sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, loneliness, or even relief. You may have good days and then find yourself unexpectedly overwhelmed by a memory, a date, or an ordinary moment that suddenly feels different. There is no single “right” way to grieve.

Therapy can provide a place to make room for what you're feeling without judgment or pressure to simply move on. Together, we can explore your loss, honor what mattered, and find ways to carry your experience with you while gradually creating space for what comes next.

You don't have to leave your grief behind to move forward. Sometimes healing means learning how to carry what you've lost while making room for life to continue.
