Supporting Meaningful, Lasting Change

Depression

Depression doesn't always look like sadness. Sometimes it means getting through the day while feeling exhausted, numb, disconnected, or unlike yourself. You may lose interest in things you once enjoyed, withdraw from people you care about, struggle to concentrate, or question your worth.

Sometimes there's a clear reason for how you're feeling; other times, depression can appear without an obvious explanation. Either way, it can leave you feeling stuck and make even small steps feel difficult.

Therapy offers a space to understand what you're experiencing, reconnect with what matters to you, and find realistic ways to feel more engaged in your life.

You don't have to wait until you're completely overwhelmed to reach out. Not feeling like yourself can be reason enough to begin.
